 I ordered a garden hose on June 16th and received it in a timely manner. I used the hose shortly after and forgot to turn the faucet off. When I went outside the next morning there was water everywhere. The hose had sprung a leak about halfway between where the hose was connected to the faucet and the connection with the sprayer. I emailed the company and was told to take a picture of the leak in the hose and send it to them. Once they verified the pic they would send me a new hose. Was told no need to send hose back. It took a long time to receive the replacement hose. That hose also sprung a leak after leaving faucet on for 30 minutes. They have ignored numerous emails requesting a refund.
