found a nice boat with a price that I could turn a profit. went through the purchase process that the seller suggested, which was eBay purchase protection plan. I received the documentation from the seller and it looked to be from eBay! Knowing that eBay does not use Western Union for transactions, I forwarded the documentation to eBay to confirm it was from them! The responce from eBay was (Phishing) or Fraud! After, i tried to contact the seller again, but they were no longer available (GONE!!!) I went to the next great deal and found the samething all over again.
