Was forced to use Bob Bader insurance by the apartment complex I lived in. Received no paper work from Bob Bader telling me about my coverage. Paid my monthly fee for 5 years. Had a break in and was told by a letter from Bob Bader that I was not covered for this kind of loss, claim denied.

You have no idea what the policy covered, so how can you be sure you were ripped off? It is possible that you were only covered for fire damage.
