Please be advised that everything listed in this report is backed by emails that were sent to my via Bob Biss.

I began Coastal in May of 2004. I was very skeptical about this "opportunity". I met with Bob Biss of the Coastal Synergy group one afternoon and was told I could make millions and leave my current place of employment. Needless to say I bought into it. After I set up the website and began the steps to do so with Mr. Biss, I just thought I would call him and ask what my next step was. I was not able to get to my computer to see what it was I had to do next. Mr. Biss in a very rude tone said to me, "Did you check your email? I do everything over email. Don't call me until you completed what I told you to." This was jus the beginning. I had no direction under Mr. Biss. I was told by him I was only worth $15k to him and that's it. One Day he lent me two vouchers to make copies of and handout (needless to say I found out from the board of directors that he is not able to copy the vouchers to pass out) I also work a full time job. I was not able to drop off his voucher within the same week. So, Mr. Biss in turn sent me an email. The email contained lines such as..."Get your fancy BMW over here right now and drop off my vouchers"..."If you havent figured it out I'm pissed"...."I want my vouchers back within my life time"..Seemed childish to me coming from a 50 year old adult so called "Business man"..I wonder how he treats his customers?????????
After this I did give Mr. Biss his vouchers back. I actually sent one in and recieved information that had nothing to do with the vacation I expected. So, again foolishly on my part turn to Mr. Biss. I called him on a Thursday evening and asked him about the info. I recieved in the mail. He said to me, "I will call you back after this conference call." You guessed it, never heard back from him. I had no direction. I was paying Mr. Biss $220 a month. I marketed, purchased leads and learned the package on my own. I never made a dime. So, I decided to put a package on e-bay. Mr. Biss told me that to be released as a director I need to complete 2 trainging sales of individuals that wanted a business opportunity. Retail sales did not count, so he would take a $100 from me and send the package and I could keep the rest (yes, you guessed again, the board of directors told me he cannot do this). So, the pacakge was on e-bay for a buy now price of $1295, and a starting bidding price of $500. It never sold. Mr Biss caught wind of this and sent me the most inappropriate email I have ever recieved in my life. I have the copies that are on the way to the board of directors as well as the BBB of Delaware. It is now the 20th of November. I completed my purchase on October 30th. I have sent Mr. Biss emails asking when this would be sent. He never responded. I emailed his director and guess what? She is the same as he. I had my fiance email him from work since he would not respond to me. She was getting replies from Mr. Biss like..."Does Joel need a girl to fight his battles?"..."I don't care about your close minded opinions"..."Get a quarter and call someone who cares"..and the Bob Biss trade mark.."I'm pissed"...He also emailed her boss asking if I retained counsel through him. (My fiance is a paralegal) He has overstepped his boundries. I contacted the board of directors, and when I mentioned I want to file a complaint against Mr. Biss, this director's tone changed to sullen and said..."You are not the first person to complain about him. If you have documentation on his business practices I will forward them to other board members and we will have his directors title removed." Guess what?? I have every email, IM, receipt and phone contact recored, and copied that Mr. Biss sent to me, my fiance and her boss. In conclusion I think Coastal is a great company. It's to bad that you get the few that are very ignorant to the ethics of business. Mr Biss we salute you. I hope that you never treat another person like this again. You went to far with this one Bob.
