Bob Clark Plumbing This plumber flooded my laundry room, did not finish the job properly, and will not make things right. Donaldson Arkansas
I hired Bob Clark Plumbing to change out a connection box and spigots in my laundry room that were worn out. He came in took the assembly apart, disconnected the washing machine without setting the outflow hose up. That flooded the laundry room, and pantry with the water that was in the machine and lines. He did not seem to notice that he was standing in an inch of water.
I cleaned that up while he left to go get a part, and when he came back he installed the part, I paid him, thinking the job was done... When I went to run a load, I had water spewing out of the connection to the spigot.
Called him to come back and finish, and he said he had forgotten to tighten the connections... Really? from an alleged master plumber? Of course he did not show up.. so found a wrench and did it myself... It was then that I noticed the wash which consisted of delicates and set for cold water, was being done in scalding hot water, which was coming out of the cold water spigot... I turned that off and switched, thinking that he had just hooked the wrong hose to the wrong connection...nope... nothing was hooked up to the cold water spigot...So now I find hot water connected to the cold side, and NOTHING connected to the other side.
I called him again... no answer...just the machine... I had damaged delicates, and ruined contents of the pantry... I got a call on my voicemail that he would come out the next day, which of course he did not do...
So I am out his fee, the fee for a real plumber to come fix that mess, and whatever damage was done by his not connecting the cold water to anything, and time and money spent on closing my business while I had to take several tubs of laundry to a laundramat...
