Received one out of my territory and the other was a joke in 4 months. They said you would have free access to them and you don't get any communication on resolution. It's a total scam not worth $1. I've been asking for a refund and no one responds. There was nothing in the contract that says I had to go through Landvoice (which is another broken system) to generate the leads for them. Bob Fitzgerald Coaching Prospecting System is a total rip off for all Realtors. Do not trust a word they say.
The contract says they will generate leads and appointments for you. You spend more unexpected hours of time with Landvoice trying to send them expireds, FSBOs, and cold call numbers for neighborhoods on a system that has lots of problems. You will spend hours just trying to generate phone numbers for the so called Bob Fitzgerald Callers.
Don't get ripped off like I did. He will get you for $5000, promising 10 closed listings in 1 year or money back guaranteed. Unfortunately, when you ask for the money back guaranteed, you can't get ahold of any one.
