On 07/09/02 I purchased a real estate course from The Leonetti Group.
After weeks of going through the extensive materials I realized it was not for me. I returned the materials on 09/03/02 for a refund.The company said I would receive no refund because the materials were not returned in 3 days.
I could not have returned the materials in 3 days because I would not have been through the 1st chapter or a couple of tapes.The salesman when I purchased the course told me to take my time and go through the materials fully.
This is a little contradictory to the company return policy which I was never told about.

I am not sure about your state but Florida has laws that prohibits ANY PERSON, including debt collectors etc. from " harassing or abusive conduct" that you can recover punitive damages...calling unreasonable amount of times, after 9pm, before 8am and so on.
Keep records, and any time you do any deal over the phone its worth a few bucks to "Radio Shack" your phone and inform the new or old caller this conversation may be recorded for security purposes.
In Florida look at S.S.~559.72.....Also, after reading many comments about these and other "RIP-OFF' deals and having been stung myself once to often I set my phone up along time ago with a few "RADIO SHACK" parts.[also many V.O.I.P. company's have recording features available now]
Even if you don't, tell the guy that wont stop calling you do and he probably will fade away...be sure to check your areas rights and Statutes. What really pisses me off is they count on 99% of the us not to fight for their $9.95...and they chose $9.95, [less than $10.00] for a reason. Its some psyco number thing. If they had used $10.00 or more 50-75% of the prospects would call for the refund...and so on...but fight back! We must hold people and company's accountable! Else, hell just send out a $9.95 guaranteed money back 300,000 mailing @ 2% minimum RETURN....due the math...thats my F.Y.I...oh yea>>CAVEAT EMPTOR

I ordered the book and video for review in Feb 2004. After viewing the video and skimming the book I decided it was not what I wanted. I returned the materials the next day for the double my money back refund. After 2 months and 2 letters I did receive my double refund. But I keep getting phone calls on both my cell phone and home phone from Bob Leonetti representative. I have left message that I am not interested in their courses and have returned the materials. I still get calls from a rep as I have for the past 4 months. He no longer leaves a message but just hangs up on my voice mail.It necessitates that I screen everky call, This is an impostion on me and is the equivalent of harrassment. Who should be contacted to force the Leoneti Group to cease calls?
