Complaint Review: BOB LEWIS VOLKSWAGEN

I believe I was ripped off by Bob Lewis Volskwagen at 911 Capitol Expressway. Me as well of thousand of customers have bought the safety key for about $500.00.

I was not aware that I did NOT have to purchase the key. I though it was something that was part of the purchase of the car. Comes to find out , the key is about $30.00 and I paid around $500.00.

I am entitled to a refund. Can you please contact by using the rebuttal box below. Please keep me posted as to the status. Should I contact the Dealership of this and try to get my refund?
