 I went into Bob Mills Furniture and purchased a recliner for $594.99. The 4 year warranty cost me $297.99. I began looking around at mattresses also and the salesman tested me for the proper mattress for me and my husband. I chose 2 compatible mattresses in the price range I could afford, but this one had the unique feature of a "mood base" (free-haha). With the mood base, of course, I was compelled to buy the warranty-cost: $305.98. I was told I had to purchase their mattress protector in order to receive the 90-bites promise advertised so cheerfully on TV by Bob Mills (another $150.00). Be sure and read the fine print; it's misrepresented. The delivery was 4 hours later than promised and they forgot the mood base for 1 of the 2 beds, but the delivery persons were kind, respectful, and apologetic. Another delivery date was set up. Having time to test the 1 mood base convinced us that it wasn't what we wanted but as the other one was delivered they also had reordered another recliner for us because we thought the remote was missing to the first one. (We searched everywhere for the missing remote after delivery & it was nowhere to be found!) upon delivery of the 2nd recliner, the delivery person found the remote hidden way up inside the first recliner delivered. We decided that we'd just keep both recliners if Bob Mills would cancel the warranty on the mood bases we had decided to sell in a garage sale that weekend. We were charged $199.99 for the first late delivery with a missing base and no setup of the recliner remote. When I chose to keep the2nd recliner I was charged another $99.99 because "there was nothing wrong with the chair after all." (They were out there because of failure to bring all bed parts as well as help set up the recliner properly)! I was also overcharged $60.00?on the initial transaction and the remote on the 2nd recliner doesn't fully function. It's been such a nightmare experience that we're hesitant to even call them about the remote. We might be charged some more money just for calling. Ripoff. We'll never buy anything else at Bob Mills or recommend them to anyone!
