Bob Richardson from Lifo Pro LLC has cheated me by giving electronic checks in the site guru.com which got bounced thrice. The cheques were bounced all the 3 times and when enquired he has mentioned that he is in bankruptcy and he dont have money to make the payment. When I enquired online it was learnt that there are many people who were cheated like me with altered checks and bounced checks. I have developed calculators and fixed many reports in the site. He is generating money from these calculators and excel sheets. His other name is Robert Richardson. I approached Lifo Pro LLC managament to recover payment. But there was no result. I demand full repayment of my money along with interest and my legal expenses.

This is my employers webpage that NCPL was supposed to fix the first five rows of the tables column headers so that it displays when vertically scrolling up/down: http://www.lifopro.com/LIFOProjectionCalculator/LIFOProjectionCalculator.htm

If you visit the page, you'll notice that the header does not stay fixed; this is because the company I work for never received an acceptable finished product from NCPL to use on our webpage

Furthermore, our company decided to pay off NCPL for the $250 that they were demanding because it was not worth our time to defend ourselves despite having done nothing wrong.

The company is based out of India, and I've discovered that they don't even have offices in the United States. They threatened to litigate and asked for our company's attorney's contact information. These inquiries are totally bogus considering they'd have a hard time filing a case in the United States without being incorporated in the U.S.

I've also attached proof of our payment to NCPL, Inc. This payment totally voids any claims made by this company against my employer despite the fact that we were never delivered the webpage that we've paid for.

This link is to our company's webpage that NCPL was supposed to perform services on. They were paid to fix the first five rows of the table contained on this page so that the fixed rows (header) would display when vertically scrolling up/down the webpage. I'm posting this link to prove that we never received a finished product and the work to fix the first five rows of our webpage's header was never completed: http://www.lifopro.com/LIFOProjectionCalculator/LIFOProjectionCalculator.htm

The complainant ripped off our company; he was fully compensated for services that were never delivered

The complainant was paid a total of $300 prior to ever delivering our company the finished product. The complainant failed to deliver the finished product that met the specifications that our company originally posted on guru.com. Our company clearly stated the requirements of the project via a phone-web conference call that provided the details of what was expected to be received by the complainant.

I requested a refund for $100 following the project not meeting our company's requirements; the refund was issued by guru.com on behalf of the complainant.

Our company offered this job at a price of $200; the complainant delivered substandard finished products multiple times; the complainant asked for an additional $100 to deliver a finished product that met our standards after the complainant stated that the project would require more time than anticipated. I sent the complainant the additional $100 via guru.com.

The attached document shows a total of $300 in payments made to the complainants company, NCPL Inc. It also shows the $100 refunded to me by guru.com on behalf of the payment (I did not withhold payments nor did I refuse to pay the complainant; guru requires upfront payments prior to delivery for all projects).

The complainant's ripoff reports is simply a response to my ripoff report filed against their company over nine months ago on ripoffreport.com.
