bob rohrman arlington kia salesman george. sales manager george love. service manager chris williams I was lied to and misinformed palarine, Illinois
I recently bought 2 brand new kias from this location the first kia I purchased about a month ago besides being overcharged for a few things that they said was mandatory I later found out was not true. a few weeks later I came back to purchase a second KIA I didn't want to purchase it because it had a scratch in the back end of it the salesman george said if we remove to scratch do we have a deal and I said yes after 7 visits and they attempting to remove the scratches damaged it further no the car requires major body works. knowing the value would drop having major work done to this car I decided to return it after all the deal was made based on them removing to scratch and then they refuse to I later found out after reviewing my documents I was over charge approximately 2700 dollars and that there were pieces missing of the vehicle after searching for the parts. 1 part being a cargo package it later showed up in the parts and service area I strongly recommend it no 1 purchase any type of vehicle from here . they are unprofessional there were jim promises mean nothing. you have been warned

arlington kia 1400 east dundee road in palatine is not somewhere you want to buy a new vehicle from I should know I purchase 2. like I said the first 1 wasn't so bad and I never judge a book by its cover but after the second purchase I realized how desperate they are to make a sale breaking every promise to make. well I promise I will never buy a new car from a dealer ever again

You've got to be kidding...you buy one Kia (which by the way is Korean for "junk") and you discover you were defrauded. So what do you do? You GO BACK to the same store to VOLUNTEER to be defrauded again! After you buy the second unit, knowing FOOL WELL you were defrauded the first time, you simply sign the papers WITHOUT READING THEM and are now crying...boo h*o...that you were defrauded again! Everybody here is supposed to feel sorry for you, right? The only thing you can and should do is re-write your report using the help of a third grader who knows all about sentence structure...much much more than you and then re-title your new report "I Was Defrauded A Second Time Because I Played Doormat!" ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!
