In 2006 I put my monte carlo in shop for body work and paint.  In 2008 I put it back in to have 3 places redone and then in 2009 the places that were redone started peeling (he had used tape on them and then painted over), then I started seeing bubbling on the paint and when i called him again he told me to bring it in and he would call the paint company and they would scratch off paint and if it was rust then i would have to pay for it, now mind you I paid over $11,000.00 for the job to be done right in the first place, i could not afford to pay him again and where there is bubbling on a metal car there is rust.  Then around 2010 my trunk starting leaking and was told by another person that my back window needed to be resealed, again no money to do this.  Finally around May I took it to another body shop to have the window pulled and resealed and they found nothing but rust under my vinyl top beneath the rear window, that piece had been replaced in 2006 and now we can see that he used metal tape (again) and bondo to put the new piece in.  The shop sold in 2009 and I went down to talk with the new owner and was told nothing he could do and tried to explain that his company is getting the bad rep for the work that was done.  Just to have the few places fixed right is almost $5,000. and I do not have that kind of money so my car has been sitting for a couple of months now with plastic over the back window and rust spots and a cover over it trying to protect it from the elements.  Take in mind this is my dream car turned to my nightmare
