Recently I had a delivery on a bed and dining chairs. The only reason they were allowed in my home was because they represented Bob's Discount Furniture.  One individual(from the 3 guy delivery team) I noticed was looking around in my bedroom...on my desk, dressor....(I found it odd but didnt think much of it).  They are there to delivery not look around at what I have in my home.  I was in my bedroom the entire time expect when i was called out by another guy from their team to ask where to place the dining chairs.  I left the room to tell the gut that they should go in the dining room.  Where else would they go...

I went back into my room and the guys were gathering the plastics from the bed that was delivered.

I always place my watches and sun glasses on my dressor.  Prior to the delivery I had placed a pair of Prada and Gucci sunglasses on the dressor as I was deciding which one would best protect  my eyes from allergies in the air. I am 120% positive I placed the glasses on my dressor prior to the delivery by Bob's Discount Furniture.  They had tried to tell me that perhaps i lost them somewhere.  Once the delivery team was gone I noticed only one pair was on my dressor.  The Gucci sunglasses were gone.  I was so upset.  I called customer service and reported this issue.  They told me someone would call me back.  This happened on a Friday and The following Monday i had to call Customer Service again because I had not received any phone call from them.  Later that day i got a call from a special department that handles this issue.  He told me to give him 2-3 days and he would investigate this matter.  Sadly, I had to call them on Friday a week after this had happened.  The guy never did call me back and instead had a customer service rep call me and tell me they are not responsible.  

One interesting detail the customer service rep did tell me is that Bob's Discount Furniture hires a delivery team from another company.  So they are not responsible for stolen items.  Now I know what i need to ask if i ever have another item delivered into my home from any company (who they hire to deliver)  I shall never purchase or recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to anyone.  Their customer service is horrible.  They don't go by their word.  And they hire people that steal from your home.  This incident made me feel violated and cheated.  The delivery team used Bob's Discount Furniture to get into my home and Bob's Discount Furniture says they are not responsible.  I think they are.
