I bought a recliner from Bob's Discount Funiture in approximately 2012.  Since that time, Bob's replaced it once when it broke, and, when it broke a second time, refused to replace it or, ultimately, fix it.  A recliner's mechanism and frame should not break twice in seven years. 

Although Bob's admitted that a chair should not break under normal use within four years, they refused to acknowledge that the product was in any way defective and dared me to sue them, and that was a customer service manager.  Bob's shipped "parts" for the chair, had multiple technicians inspect the chair and, yet, has made no efforts to pick up those parts, leaving me with a broken chair and boxes of "replacement" parts they haven't picked up. 

Avoid Bob's Discount Furniture. From my experience, the quality is shoddy, the customer service is poor, and the "Goof Proof" plan is effectively worthless.  Why pay for a protection plan they won't honor?  Don't buy Bob's.  Go somewhere else, anywhere else.  I won't buy Bob's again and I urge you not to as well.
