Bob's Gym offers a lifetime rate guarantee. To accomplish this our agreements automatically continue after the initial twelve months. All members initial a very clear (different color and large print) statement explaining this. An overwhelming majority of our members are very happy with our policy because their rate never increases.
Our reputation is extremely important to us. We have been in business since 1991 and have had only a handful of these types of complaints.
