This sketchy "online fashion outlet" advertises pictures of designer brands' accessories, fragrances, and clothing items and appears to sell them at bargain prices. This company claims to be an authorized dealer of said designer brands. Their website says they only sell 100% authentic merchandise, and that they accept returns for refunds. I ordered what appeared to be a genuine, hooded Denali jacket from The North Face, and received a fake, poorly reproduced knockoff....probably from Asia. I own multiple, authentic jackets and coats from The North Face. Upon opening the package that Bob's Outlets sent me and comparing it to a differently colored Denali I already own, I saw multiple flaws! For instance, the women's Large from Bob's that I ordered (the size I normally wear) looks like a kid's Large compared to my real Denali. Secondly, The North Face's logo on this fake product was stitched incorrectly, its hardware and zippers are cheap, and its jacket's materials are significantly thinner and lighter than the real Denali. To make matters worse, this fake jacket has absolutely no tags with wash & care instructions or a silver foiled Sticker of Authenticity stitched into the lining to prove it's the real deal. All jackets, sweatshirts, and coats from The North Face have these crucial things!

Upon calling Bob's Outlets' listed Customer Service number and e-mailing them to no avail about my refund for 2 days straight, nobody got back to me. I made sure to call multiple times, during their business hours, but I kept getting a sketchy man's voicemail on behalf of the company. After my sending my e-mail, they sent an automatic reply that told me if I had already called them, not to bother e-mailing them again, and that they'd respond to me within a business day. Today, however, a random New York, NY phone number called me and it was a rude man named "Joe" from Bob's Outlets. When I told him my issue and said I wanted my refund, he told tell me to kiss his a*s and hung up in my face. Well, the joke's on him. I've already contacted my credit card company. They're getting my money back, and I am contacting the BBB. Please, potential customers..... Be alarmed and beware, beware, beware! This company is fraudulently ripping people off!! After doing reverse searches online, I saw that other customers have been jipped the same way!
