Bob Smith BMW sold me a defective car, refused to help and service the customer so I had to contact BMW of North America directly and sue Bob Smith BMW. The staff at Bob Smith BMW all lie and are very aggressive. I would use cautious asking for help after leasing or buying a car. Bob Smith BMW lie, cheat and rip off at least that's what they did to me!
