bob spence from bob spence enterprises has been selling real estate in costa rica that you can not build on hundres of people have lost there life savings in hope of retiring and building there dream homes.it continues to go on today. they hired a broker named 21 century to sell these properties. they continue to bully people around by still trying to collect hoa fees and threaten foreclosure if not paid.and all in all they are really bad people that try to take advantage of the inexperienced.people go with such high hopes and end up losing all there money that they have invested.my experience was i lost 2 properties because i found out u can not build after  they said it would be no problem. then they foreclosed on me and my wife.the same as what happened with hundreds other.hopefully this will help and u will not fall into the position of hundreds that were not as fortunate.
