Very concerning that a non-profit would employ someone who has been convicted in civil court of Actual Fraud.

If anyone has further information on this person's criminal or civil crimes, infractions or unethical dealings. Please post. We veterans have to police these kinds of charities.

Mr. Vincent is an employee of the Air Power Foundation and has been found guilty in civil court of committing actual fraud and other crimes.

Should he be trusted with money given to a military non-profit?
