Bobbi Boss says it sells human hair extensions of highest quality. I have had hair 3 wks, yet it is shedding, breaking, tangling, matting horribly.
On December 9, 2015, I purchased 2 packages of "Bobbi Boss First Class Indi Remi Premium Virgin Hair" called "straight natural yaky remi color 1B" made by Midway International Inc. at TTZ Hair & Beauty Supply at 1717 E Vista Chino, Palm Springs, CA 92262.
The hair box I still have says the hair is model RNYW14 (& the other box I no longer have in my possession is model# RNYW16 #1B).
The total for both packages was $219.09.
The receipt indicated that is was bill #12534, ticket #20055, 2:07pm, sales associate: Tanya Taylor.
I bought 2 packages of Bobbi Boss Indi Remi Virgin human hair and paid $220. After all the problems I listed below, I was told to watch this youtube video, which explains why the hair is so bad.

The product has been performing very poorly even after I diligently follow the online care instructions recommended by Bobbi Boss: the hair constantly tangles and sheds excessively. It looks matted within an hour of combing. Furthermore, when I gently comb through it after applying spray-on conditioner using a wide tooth comb, it still has quite a LOT of breakage.
Upon reading reviews on Amazon.com, and other hair product sites, nearly 40% of the reviews by users of Bobbi Boss Indi Remi hair weft extensions have complained that they have had the identical problems I am experiencing.
The hair looks nappy so quickly, that is causing embarrassment. There is no way that this hair will last long with it's terrible shedding, matting, tangling, and breaking.
I am disappointed because Bobbi Boss said in an email response to my first complaint, "Our company always considers the quality of our products as the most important factor. All our human hair extensions are the highest quality product managed with the quality being the life of the product in each line," yet, this product has been horribly misrepresented and falsely advertised.
I have also read that there have been complaints about the company which have been escalated to the BBB and other consumer protection agencies. These negative reports of Bobbi Boss's apathetic response to consumer complaints is posted on hair forums, black magazines online pages, hair supply sites, amazon.com, etc.
This was Bobbi Boss's response to my original complaint,"Please be assured that whatever may have caused the problem will be researched and corrected to provide you continued enjoyment. The product you had purchased may simply be defective product. Since we do not sell directly to end consumers; our company does not have a direct customer service department to provide individualized services. All customer service is done through the retail store where our products are sold. It will also be easier for you to take the product to the store where you have purchased. The store will forward the product to our company for an examination if the store cannot make a clear determination as to the existence of manufacturing defect.
Upon receiving the product, we will perform thorough examination, and when we identify any manufacturing defect, we will promptly make an arrangement with the retail store for you to receive a replacement product. When you visit the store with the product, you should take a proof of purchase such as the store receipt. If you can also return the packaging material, it will further help us in tracing the product.
We are sorry about the problem you have experienced and thank you again for being a loyal customer."
I cannot uninstall the hair until I have something better to replace it with, and would also hav to pay the weaver to unintall the old hair install new hair. I took my problems to the Better Business Bureau on Jan. 3 2016, and as of Jan. 25, Bobbi Boss has not responded.
