Complaint Review: BOBBY JACOBS - MARK JONES - BILL GAILEY - Royal British Lotto

I received letter from Bill Gailey of Imperial Financiers Management Group at 948 Sutton Dr., Suite 58, Winnipeg, Manitoba an accredited agency to British Mega Lotto that I won a $115,500.00 yesterday Dec. 9. THey issued a check $2,998.40 so I can deposit to finance the Intl. clearance fees of $2,844.50 and the rest of the money will be deposited to my account. I called their contact agent, Bobby Jacobs and I told him I dont like Scam, he said it's all legitimate and nothing to worry. And insisting to deposit the check right away before due date of Dec. 11. I did deposit the check by opening a new account to another bank solely for this check only.

I called the office printed on the check, Target Media Partners in LA,CA which is a classified ad publications office. I don't reach anyone to talk to regarding this scam. When Bobby Jacobs called me it registered on my phone the name Mark Jones with the same phone no.

Today, another came to my mailbox a letterhead read as "Metrowinners Lottery Commission, Certificate of Award" with the same format letter and check included $2,996.78 to finance the Intl. clearance fees of $2,865.00. Total winning amount this time is $92,120.00. Contact person is MONICA EDWARDS of Ultramax Financial Management Group at 46 Liberty Avenue, Suite 224, Winnipeg, MB, R4C 6H7 with phone 902-412-8963. I try to call and talk to her but not more space on their message machine. Imprinted check address is FLORIDA STATE UNIVERISTY A5600 University Center, Tallahassee, FL 32306 (Bank of America). I Check Metrowinners Lottery COmmission on the Ripoff lists and it surely shows the name there, the same address but different contact person.
