Complaint Review: BOCA BUTLER Gourmet Coffe and Tea

I ordered coffee from their web site which was on promotion at the time because I didn't know if I'd like the coffe or not. Their moto was: cancel at any time with no charge. Anyhow I waited for the coffee for like two weeks after I first ordered and after they charged my credit card, only to have UPS leave me notices that they couldn't deliver because the shipment requires signature.I couldn't sign for it because I'm not at home at the time the UPS guy comes. I called the company (Boca Butler) and ask them to cancel my membership, meaning don't send me any more coffee, because the delivery method doesn't work for me.

They said I can't cancel, I have to order one more time or I'll be charged $20.00 on my credit card.
