My son and I purchased two lots in Boca Del Mar to build a house at retirement. We talked to Frank Torres and office manager Maggie face to face on two different occasions. They seemed very nice and knowledgeable on all details of the development. We tried contacting them several times and could not. We then found out they were con artist and we were scammed out of our money and they had no intention of developing this property. We then found out they had been going around doing this for a long time using different names. My son and I work hard for our money and I hope they find them and are prosecuted to the fullest.
