Complaint Review: Boca Raton Small Engines

I went to buy a throttle cable for $11.  Since they did not have it in stock, they ordered one.  I left my Trimmer to the store at the same time so they can install the cable.  2 weeks later they called me and said they have finished an estimate - no cable was ordered???  I told them I ordered a cable, not to do an estimate.  Service manager said the service person taking the orders "do not know anything" and I have to pay the $30 estimate no matter what.  $30 is not killing me, but the way they do business is bad.  The service person made it very clear he will order a cable and two weeks later they did nothing but said I need a throttle cable, that I knew already and placed an order.  Their only excuse was that the service person taking the orders "do not know anything" - a total ripoff I say and very bad customer service.
