They only ask for upfront payment from SOME customers, seems very discriminatory. Who are they requiring payment from and who arent they requiring payment from upfront?

These clowns will take your paperwork then treat you like garbage.
After alost 60 dasy we come toi find out the docs are seating at their offices never sent out. We are almost at 60 days the paperwork has still not been sent out, there is no control of documents there, they almost placed title in the old sellers name, they are lost in space at Boca Tag and Title.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE or you will regret it, we definitely did!
