Normally, we would not dignify a completely irresponsible assertion like this with a response, but the topic of this report is very, very serious, and when it was brought to our attention, we felt it absolutely necessary to respond.
Body & Sole Day Spa is an equal opportunity business and an equal opportunity employer.
We have absolutely no idea what the racial characteristics or nationality distribution of our customer base is - it is not part of our customer profile and is completely irrelevant to us.
We do not ask about, nor are we interested in information about a job applicant's spouse or sexual persuasion. It is not our business, and is simply not applicable or pertinent to our employment or employee retention process.
We hire new employees based upon experience, reference and criminal background checks, and performance during an interview or audition.
We retain existing employees based upon performance, adherance to our guidelines, and demonstrated customer service expertise.
We dismiss employees, when necessary, based upon unacceptable performance, non-adherance to our guidelines, and demonstrated lack of customer service expertise and/or excessive customer complaints.
We believe that "Fred", the person who submitted this ripoff report, is actually a disgruntled employee who was rightfully dismissed. She is, we sincerely believe, using the slanderous claims in the report as an unfortunate attempt to avoid taking honest responsibility for a job NOT very well done.
