This business' services involve body piercing and tattoos. In May of 2000 I paid for services that were not rendered. Upon requesting a refund I was refused and threatened. As it stands now, Body Art Emporium has money in their possession that was not earned. In a technical sense, that is theft.

The propietor of this establishment goes by the name "Billy" and is not to be trusted. This business holds the claim that they are a Christian institution but but this claim is not substantiated by their behavior.
