Complaint Review: Body Choice Nutrition New Age Solutions

I attended an orientation for Body Choice Nutrition/Nexxus on October 27, 2007 at the Costco in Sunnyvale, CA. I had to travel via the Cal Train from San Francisco to Sunnyvale CA. It cost me $15.00 and took 90 minutes to get there. Melissa Sloan was there and she trained me and food certified me. I did a Body Choice Demo on Nov. 2, 3 and 4 2007 at the Costco in San Francisco, CA. I was never paid. I talked to Karen Reeves repeatedly and even to Charles Barkie. He said the check was coming and it never came. I emailed a time sheet. I was referred to Mr. Barkie's lawyer Mr. Ralph Hiers. I wrote a legal letter to the lawyer and was never paid. Mr. Barkie lied to Mr. Hiers. My trainer Melissa Sloan also called me a "f***ing b***h" and said she would call the police for harassment. This was in Dec. 2007. It's almost a year later and I've never been paid. I will be filing for Labor Relation and Small Claims. Don't work for these people and don't buy this product.

I wonder if I'll ever get paid. DEmonstrator and promoters beware! For those of you who want to lost weight just eat healthy and exercise.
