Complaint Review: Body Of Change

I signed up for a 24 session contract at the LA Fitness in Boca Raton FL. They have a computer that supposedly records the dates and sessions. My Visa was being billed monthly to cover the cost of the sessions, per my contract. But at least twice a month I would be 'rejected' from the system because they supposedly didn't receive payment. My trainer was good natured about it and trained me once or twice anyway as I had shown the manager my Credit Card statements. But in February they would not train me because, again, their computer said i hadn't paid.

After contacting my attorney to ask his advise it was obvious that Body of Change was in breach of contract. I had paid my fee per the contract, but they were not training me as per their part of the contract.

Even though I have sent a letter (registered, per the contract) as has my attorney, gone to the gym to try to straighten this out, AND left numerous messages for the customer service rep who signed the letters from them (Andrea Rollie), NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO THIS ISSUE FROM BODY OF CHANGE. Because I asked VISA to stop letting them bill my account as I was not receiving the services paid for, they have turned a collection agency on me as well.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO RECOURSE TO ANY PROBLEMS.
