Complaint Review: Body Of Change

I've posted my problems with body of change on this site before, but I'd like to update the situation and offer a solution that has worked for me.

If they are screwing you over, please file a report with the Attorney General of the State of California!!! You can file online at http://caag.state.ca.us/consumers/index.htm

They responded immediately to my complaint by writing a letter to the company on my behalf. Body of Change immediately responded by letting me out of my contract, something they should have done 6 months ago.

I tried everything else - wrote letters, made phone calls to the company, filed complaints with the BBB, even wrote letters to as many news reporters as I could find, but the Attorney General's office is what finally worked.

If enough of us file complaints, they may actually do something about these scheisters!!!
