I am an attorney but I am not writing to solicit business, only to give advice. I have no business affiliation with a credit card company, bank or internet company....just trying to help.

Call your credit card company and report every charge that the company has posted to your account. On the "My Account" page you can see whether a future shipment is listed and, if it is, you will have to wait until that charge is posted on your statement and call the credit card company to have it removed.

American Express has a contract with this vendor and will remove the charge from your statement. I'm not sure how other credit card companies handle situations like this, so I am just reporting on the policy of American Express.

American Express will also issue a new card to you with a different account number. This will remove the possibility of future unauthorized charges being billed to you. It's up to you whether this possible inconvenience is worth it. I am all for getting "the bad guy", so to me getting a new card would be well worth any trouble.
