This company who were advertising as Bodybuilderschoice.com, have now another website called steroidportal.com. They do not send the drugs, just take your money via western union.

Re: [Scam] Scam site steroidportal.com

This is a copy of the letter I sent to MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL requesting the payment to Steroid Portal via WESTER UNION be refunded due to non-receipt of purchased goods. MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL has replied with seemingly a standard letter (two of the sentences were repeated , so silly of them...) :

5 December 2008

Dear Sir / Madam,

Amazon Mastercard account number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

As per our telephone conversation of Thursday 4 December 2008 I am writing to dispute a credit card transaction.

On 30 September 2008 I completed an online transaction for 338.56 via Western Union in favour of Yahor Bialiauski, for body-building products. These products were ordered through his online order website: sales@steroidportal.com

On 24 October 2008 I sent an email to Yahor Bialiauski, enquiring on the delivery of the order, which had not arrived.

On 26 October 2008 I received a reply to my email, advising that the shipment was made on 27 October 2008 (this is not a misprint although I understood this to mean that the shipment was made the same day of his email being sent, taking into account a possible time-zone difference.)

On 28 November 2008 I sent an email to advise that the shipment had not arrived, and asked for the UPS tracking number so I would be able to check on the shipment location and status.

There has been no reply to this email, or any of the three subsequent emails that I have sent. No telephone number has been supplied by the vendor and I have been frustrated by a lack of response to the emails I have sent to contact him.

Given the protracted delay in receiving the goods, which were paid for on 30 September 2008, and the inability to obtain a UPS tracking to determine whether the goods were ever sent, I am writing to request this transaction be cancelled and refunded to my Mastercard account.

Yours faithfully
