Bodybuilding Charged my card, did not fulfill order, refused to make it right ripoff Boise Idaho

I've been a customer of this place for several years--spend probably at least $100 a month or more.
Recently, an order didn't arrive. Was supposed to have been sent Priority Mail. I reported it, and they reshipped. This reshipped order arrived. A long time later, the original order arrived. Had been sent regular mail, not Priority.

Now this has happened again. Only this time, they refuse to reship, refund, or make it right. They insist over and over that I contact the USPS with a tracking number. When I do, the PO says it's not a valid number. I know why. The BB.com jerks have sent the order first class again--not Priority. This time, it appears they even got the shipping address wrong.

Their customer reps are extremely rude and condescending, blaming the customer.

I am angry enough that I will do whatever it takes--legal action, whatever--to get my money back.
This company is the worst at customer service I've ever experienced in my life.
