In 6/07, I responded to an ad for a trial offer for Green tea pills, recommended by Opera.
I received my sample bottle and was charged 4.97 for them.

On my 7/07, bank statement I noticed a charge for 99.61, payable to Bodyfitpro.com. There was a phone number on my statement so I called and inquired about the charge. The customer service person told me it was for a 3-month supply of the product. I told her I did not realize I had signed up for such a thing and would like to cancel/stop these shipments.

She said she would do so and that it happens all the time. She also told me when the shipment arrived to just send it back and I would receive credit.

This conversation took place the first week of 7/07, a few days went by and I did not receive the product I contacted my bank to file a dispute.

I completed all the paperwork for my bank (Stockmans) and received a letter from them telling me the dispute was closed.

Today 9/4/07, I received a call from my bank (Stockman's) telling me that bodyfitpro.com was disputing my dispute! My bank faxed me papers telling me if I want to continue with the dispute that I would be subject to a 25.00 pre-arbitration fee.

So now have I not only not received the product to return to bodyfitpro.com
I have to pay to continue to get my 99.61 back.

I tried to reach bodyfitpro.com via the phone this evening and sat on hold for approx 25 min.

This company is a fraud and should be put out of business!
