I too have been scammed by this company.
They have charged my credit catd in the amount of 99.61 for no apparent reason. I did not dispute this charge with the credit card company within the required 60 days and therefore they say they cannot help me. I missed the 60-day window because I was in the hospital -- I have cancer. This is the last thing I need.
I have called the 800 number and receive a busy signal each and every time.
HELP...
