Bodyguardz Not so protective screen protectors and warranty fail Draper Utah
I spent $35 for a screen protector for my new phone. It said on the box that it had a lifetime warranty and the sales associate at AT and T said that as well. In just a couple of weeks it began to CRUMBLE in two corners. Soon after that I reached to get my phone out of my pocket and it cut my hand. I took it back to AT and T and they sent in a request to Bodyguardz (the company the manufactures and sells it). Two weeks later I checked to see where my replacement was and they said I would have to buy another one!!!! So, we went from lifetime to a couple weeks? Anything except food would have been replaced in such a short time after the purchase...But, though they claim it has a lifetime warranty it really is not backed up whatsoever and they seem to realize it is a substandard product. To top it off Karen on their chat line was one of the rudest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. STEER CLEAR OF BODYGUARDZ.
