This company lies to my faces, I don't know where to start. It all being when Customer Care Manager Brittany Boxx and co manager Wendy saying they would not warranty my pure screen that is missing out of the package and I have been loyal customer to them for my years and they turn around saying that I rip them off of a iPhone Pure screen. I told those two manager I want to speak to the CEO of company and they told me that I can't bother them about the problems of the screen they send me. Wendy and Brittany are the worst customer care manager in that company. They told me that CEO April & Kirk Feller ban me from buying from them and I lost all the warranty I have on five different phones with them too. They also said that my ip address , credit card and home address is listed as ban from buying from them and lost my warranty too.  My advice STAY AWAY FROM BODYGUARDZ THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.
