I was one of the many who was mass banned with the release of the DayZ mod. With that mass ban I was given a new key from Bohemia Interactive and was set free. ArmA 3 came out and all was well until 11/4/13. I opened up ArmA and I was global banned.

I was stunned as to be banned. I immediatly sent an E-Mail to BattleEye including my Ram dumps from the month and got a message saying that his Anticheat is impeccable. I did research and had found out that BattleEye can ban you if anything is awry with the .exe of ArmA. Some viruses have been known to cause BattleEye bans such as what they say on the front of their website, "Violations may be backround softwares running that are interrupting or doing anything with the protected program. Please read the terms of use and check your pc for any malware/addware/software/program that might be a cause for this ban. Otherwise your ban appeal will be worthless.".

The EULA you sign states that they do not need to tell you why you are banned which also adds to the murkyness of the situation. I had just lost 90$ in video games. I cannot see what programs had caused this because I recently updated my system (new hardware) so my RAM dumps from the month are gone. BattleEye is in short one of the worst AntiCheats with public relations and ban appeals. To play any of the games again I have to spend another 60$ on Arma 3 and 30$ on Arma 2. This is a complete Ripoff.
