On January 12th, 2019, we walked in and ordered a couch from Stephanie. The place was small and quiet but she seemed nice and helpful. She said the couch would be delivered by the end of the month.
On February 4th 2019, we called for an update. Stephanie answered and said she would call the manufacturer for an update and call me back. A few days later on the 7th, I called back again and when Stephanie answered she was able to get in touch with them but "they discontinued making the couch we ordered". So we need to order another one. I asked for our money back and she said they would reverse the credit card charge...but then she sent us pictures of other couches by the same manufacturer that "could be delivered this weekend if we paid in cash or via ACH".
Here is where I made my mistake. I was stupid and needed a couch asap and I said ok and ordered another slightly more expensive couch and sent them an ACH transfer. I arrange for a Friday delivery and sure enough, NO couch! I call and get sent to voicemail. I call again and get a text back saying, I'm with a customer, I'll call you right back" but no callback. I call again from different numbers until I get through and then I get this sob story about how it is hard to be a middleman in this business. she says she'll call again and see what she can do.
If I actually sneakily get connected with Stephanie or Nick by calling from a random number, its the same story of blaming the manufacturer and they say what you want to hear but they won't refund my money and they won't deliver on what they sold. Weeks and weeks and now months have gone by and I still don't have a couch and I am out thousands of dollars. Just refund my money!!! Any case you think I'm getting ahead of myself and it really is a manufacturer issue...I reversed image searched the pictures of the couch she sent me and got the name of the manufacture and I called them and while they have an order for us, they haven't paid the invoice and they have several other over due invoices...No wonder why they are having issues getting my couch delivered. They took my money and won't pay the manufacturer!

I can't believe I didn't do my research on this place ahead of time. Send this to the Attorney General to escalate.
Anyone looking for furniture...RUN AWAY FROM BOHO FURNITURE. STEPHANIE AND NICK ARE CROOKS!
