Complaint Review: BohoStyles and Custom Vintage

I placed orders for 2 pairs of sweatpants and a sweatshirt via instagram (not doing this again!!). I received the sweatpants, didn't realize when I ordered that I was ordering directly from China. It was my bad that I did not cross-check.

I have not received the sweatshirt, which was a separate order.

The order was paid using PayPal. On my PayPal receipt, the contact link and website address are different from the original company. When I emailed, the email was returned saying that it was a dead link. When I clicked on the website link it is a dead link: support@archelk.com and archelk.com. 'Archelk' is the name of another company that makes handbags. They can be found on Instagram.

I did a google search for 'comfy winter cashmere sweatpants' and found a site with all the same information but a different website address 'bohostyles.com'.

I'd really like the sweatshirt, but I'd really like to be able to contact these people. I'd be happy with a refund. But they're making it very hard for me to get in touch with them. It's really poor business practice especially if I wanted to share the products with other people! It's super sketchy and though the sweatpants are really comfortable, I don't recommend the runaround that you might experience ordering from them.

I have done additional Google searches and have found other sites offering the same pants for fraction of the cost (kick myself). Wish.com, Amazon, beautyverses.com.
