I place an order formuch supplies for my manufacturing company on Friday 1-6-12 at 1:28PM expecting next business day delivery as usual. When the order didn't arrive by the following Tuesday morning at 10:00am,  I contacted the sale rep. Kat Jolly to discuss the status of the order and was told she was helping another customer and would have to call me back so I gave her my 1st name and cell phone number. After about an hour, knowing from previous expeince how un-reliable she was, I decided to call her back. At this time, knowing the order had not been shipped according to the web-site and the fact that I had not been email a tracking number as I usually do within minutes of past orders processed, shipped and delivered the following day, I decided I wanted to cancel my order that still showed "in Process". I was told she would need to call the warehouse to see if it had been shipped and if it had, she wouldn't be able to do so. I waited another hour never receiving that call back so I decided to start emailing her and the owner about the matter. Within the next hour I had 3 emails. One of which was that shipment notification email indicating my order now had a tracking number and was shipped. All of this was obviously a stall tactic to give them time to create a bill of lading so they could now say they could not cancel because it was shipped.  I immediatly emailed them back notifing them that I would not be refusing any orders from their company and they should stop the shipment from leaving their warehouse. The next email I received was 2that same night at 6:46pm from Kat telling me and I quote "Hi Chris, since the order has shipped, just refuse it and once the product has been returned, we will submit the refund." I am sure they will be applying the 30% re-stocking fee and the shipping cost. I suspect this is what they were hoping for all along. Not a bad deal...30% 0f almost $800.00! I will be disputing the transaction with Credit Card Company tomorrow.
