Complaint Review: Bolaiya

I ordered a leather bag by internet on the french website : sejour-ecoute-amanda.fr. Total cost 55,26€.

Already the delivery tooks two weeks more than the supposed delay proposed by the company when I placed the order.

After that, when I receive the parcel, the bag was not the one I ordered. I received a very cheap synthetic bag instead of the leather bag expected.

On the website, they that a refund is possible and easy so I ask to be refund and to receive an address to send back the wrong bag. First proposition they made to me was to keep the bag and sell it by myself. Second proposition is to keep the bag and be refund of 15€ on the amount of 55€. I'm waiting for an other proposition.

They are clearly robbing me. They don't want to send an address, nor the name of their company. Hopefully, it was on the parcel.
