Boland-Naturals False advertising, un-true claims, consumer rip-off fraud, for Mioplex Cincinnati Ohio

After reading an advertisement in Runners World (a magazine that I trust) I ordered a product called Mioplex for all of the claims the company (Boland-Naturals)made. I ordered a 3 month supply and spent $109 including shipping. I tried Mioplex for about 6 weeks and there was no change and certainly none of the benefits the advertisement claimed. I attempted to return the unused portion after calling and voicing my displeasure...only to be offered Enzyte as a replacement. I then sent Mr. Steve Symth two letters, only to be ignored. I am very upset and wish to be included in any class action suit that may result and if anyone could give me instructions on how to complain to the Ohio Attorney General online and any other remedies, I would appreciate it. BTW: The name is now Oogoplex, I guess these scam artists keep changing the name (like a shell game) to avoid returns. Regards, Rocco White Marsh, Maryland
