I ordered a single bottle of Ogoplex (Mioplex) after reading a lengthy ad in an automotive magazine. I received the product and have found it worthless. That is not my complaint.

Today, less than a month after placing the order, I found two additional bottles had been shipped to me without my authorization and had been charged to my credit card.

I called and was told to simply return the Priority Mail envelope with the bottles enclosed marked "Refused Return to Sender". Upon receipt, I was assured my credit card would be credited back the charge.

I have already notified VISA by fax and the Attorney General of the State of Ohio as to what I regard as a fraudulent method of doing business.

I have read most of the complaints and rebuttals for Ogoplex, Mioplex, Boland Naturals and it's entertaining that the 'employee' rebuttals all claim they would like to help. Then please post a phone number for the consumer to call where an actual person will pick up the phone!

Second, am I the only one to notice that most of the rebuttals from employees are grammatically grotesque and the spelling is almost 5th grade level?

all the info is printed on the side of the bottle,on the web site and in all the info that comes with your package.And it is not fine print in fact there is a whole page on this program.

This product is a continued use product in order to get results you have to be on the program for a while, that being said,we understand that people sometimes dont read all the info or they just forget to call and cancel if they dont want to continue.

We work with our customers to make them happy.All you had to do was let us adress your concerns if you would have i can guarantee you would not be unhapy and had to come here and write a complaint.I wuld be glad to do all i can to make the situation better after all we work for you the customer not the other way around.
