Complaint Review: Bolens Janitorial Supplies

Bolens janitorial supplies is a defunct company in Pahrump Nevada near Las Vegas. Mr. Bolen is a sue happy piece of sleaze!

He has been seen often "buying" built on lots whos buildings suddenly become (according to himself) built by many fruadulant builders throughout Pahrump and are all not built entirely on their lots and all are protruding out onto neighboring or adjoining properties, lots, or other pieces that could not possibly be bought due to the lotline problems, but he suddenly appears at properties that are seemingly just fine until he buys the piece next door and suddenly there are surveying problems connected to his neighbor and to his blame.

Mr. Bolen then practices legal blackmail attempting to gain a large settlement from his neighbors title and surveying woes. He often works with a fraudulant real estate broker named Ferdie. Don't use this firm! Also avoid Bolen and any of his enterprises and do not buy any property in the town of Pahrump if you have build up to the property line, or maybe just don't buy in Pahrump at all it is a filthy, dirty, corrupt town!
