Boling Rice LLC attrorney was clueless Cumming Georgia
Maggie Spaulding of this firm was appointed guardian ad litem (GAL) for my mother when disposing of my father's estate who had passed. She was appointed at the request of my attorneys and I approved upon their advice. When I learned Ms. Spaulding was GAL I contacted her and she was totally clueless and knew nothing about nothing. I filled her in on everything. She then waltzes into probate court and tells the judge I was uncooperative and refused to provide information which was a blatant lie. She tells me her and the court were very concerned I sold my mother's house with a power of attorney and accused me of elder financial abuse without ever bothering to learn the facts which were that my mother's house was about to be foreclosed and she would have lost substantial monies. What a great guardian Maggie was! All she did was turn on the one person that hired her (me) to protect my mom and I can only conclude that she would screw up any other case she works on in the same manner. She did absolutely nothing to protect my mother and had i left everything up to her my mother would have been the victim of elder financial abuse by another family member but Maggie never even stopped to consider that.
