I placed 2 orders with them of an amount of almost 600 dollars for a wedding that was upcoming the following week. They assured me of the delivery and 4 days before the wedding, I must have sent them atleast 10 emails asking where my stuff was.

After taking their time, they replied saying the canadian customs had put hundreds of dollars of tax and how they had now taken care of it and the package was on its way. They also said to notify me of the tracking numbers the following morning.

I never received those and once again, I kept emailing to ask for the numbers so I can atleast track them. They sent one and when I contacted UPS, they notified me that it was only electronically generated and how they have no record of the packages ever being picked up.

Once again, I contacted them through email and I received NO response. I must have sent them atleast 5 emails a day and there was absolutely no response from their side.

A week later, with the wedding being over, I emailed them to say that I will report this as fraud and they emailed back with some bogus story and how they will ship the order again the very next day. It has now been 10 days, I have not received any replies to a billion emails that I have sent them nor my order has arrived. My 600 dollars have gone to waste.
