Bombshell Harassment and bullying Richmond Virginia
Bombshell hires people and then threatens to fire you if you don’t wish to wear makeup. If you have to miss Work they threaten to fire you. Everyone who works there is really caddy and if you can’t conform to their rude ways of dealing with each other they ignore you and basically force you out with bullying. People do do drugs at work and a blind eye is turned. The pay is terrible and like I said fire you without reason and without notice. The company has nepotism and is run by family and if you don’t ask people to vote for them for beat salon you get in trouble. This is a horrible place to work and everyone who works there is rude and conniving. I once saw my manager take money out of the drawer before going to get lunch.

WITH PIN-UP STYLE AND ATOMIC PERSONALITY! This is the opening sentence to the mission statement. You signed a contract stating you will abide by the dress code. The key here is you. You had multiple chances to say maybe this salon isn’t for me. Having said that you work in the beauty industry you need to dress for the job.If you don’t like to wear makeup that’s fine. Find a salon that doesn’t have rules on that ( not likely).
Attitude reflects altitude if you sit in the back and complain you will be making minimum wage the rest of your life. You have to be a mover and a shaker to get what you want in this world. You worked for a company that made it so easy and you squandered it. As for the owners, how dare you. That family has continuously given everything to the company.
Paycheck advances, loans, support and understanding. If you had a problem with anyone you should have come to them or handled it directly instead of coming to a website to complain. It has no merit here. I wish you the best of luck on your job hunt.
