Complaint Review: Bonaventure- Todd Robinson

Don't go here if you are looking to put your family here! They will promise something and once you are in there, it's a whole new world. I am writing this complaint because I really care about these poor residents. Here are the issues

- Mgmt staff needs work and training- ran by Todd but ran poorly. He has many complaints from the employees, especially sexual harrasments and abusing his power. I do feel bad for the workers there, especially the females. Mgmt gossips and dates each other.
-Staff- underpaid, overworked- you won't get a raise and will work your tail off. Even if you get a raise, be happy with a 25 cent raise
-Building- nice building, facility, however residents are lead to believe its such a nice warming place, but after they pay and sign their contact, look out
Food- worst food ever for these poor residents
Price- expensive for what they offer
Conclusion- this place is ran by bad upper management, take your money else where. And if you are female worker, watch out for the Creep Todd R who will give you the eye and harass you over and over till you give in. Unfortunately I know of one that just had to give in to his demands a month ago and you can only imagine what I am talking about??!!
