Complaint Review: Bonaventure( Todd Robinson)

I like to say as an former employee who just left there at this horrible company its a shame for the residents. The residents are the one's that are suffering. For those that are wanting to put their residents here, I suggest you go somewhere else! I worked here for 2 and half years as a caregiver and the turn over is ridicoulous high and they can careless about their employees. What they care about is the numbers of move in and to fill their census. As a caregiver my job is to take care of the residents that come in, however we can't take care of them if we don't have management staff support. They only care about making money and don't let them fool with you the saying its' a wonderful day at Bonadventure. The food is horrific and they rarely want to spend money on the food by cooking up the worst foods ever. When you walk around, it looks good from the front, but when you get to see these residents sitting around doing nothing or doing the slowest activities, its heartbreaking.  The biggest problem with this company is the management who lacks any experience and training and are very uneducated. It's almost like we are working with a bunch of drop outs in highschool running the building.

The biggest complaint and reason for this is the new ED name Todd Robinson who we have that has started with us about year ago. I would say for those new employees that work there or current, he is nothing but a shame and a scam. He will never support you nor care to. He has a wandering eye and drinks, and flirts with all the women. I know this from first hand experience. He approach me one time and asked me about my relationship status and I told him that I am not interested, yet he insisted. I did tell him to stop or I will file a complaint, he stated to me he is the ed and boss, and if I do something or say something, I won't have a job. So I kept my mouth quiet. An incident that happened which led me to leave there was a  party that was held for the residents and employees and he approached and insisted I drink along with everyone. I hesisted and said no however he insisted as usual. Then he started to push himself towards me and asked if he can take me home after work and have a great night with him since "I look so good to do tonight" I told him no and pushed him away. He got very angry and yelled and said "whatever your lost, your a s**t" That whole entire night he fed alchohol to everyone and continued to flirt with the girls even the younger one which I believe he has more of interest for.  He sleeps around with the employees ever since he has gotten here and dates them. His role is his power and unfortunately there is nothing most people can do about it. Overall I would like to warn all the ladies that work there and any residents that are looking to go there or employees. You will have your resident be overpromised and delivered. Todd Robbison who is suppose to the the hero, is a joke and a sad saying for a director. He should be fired and put in jail for his sexual comments he makes day in and day out and I'm surprised they allow this company to run this way. Simply put, if you are a girl, he likes you. There has been numbers and numbers of sexual complaints but nobody wants to say much. If there is a saying don't let the cover fool you, this would be the place.

Make sure you stay away from this place and especially this dirty man!!! I left there thank god!
